Yes based on ownership approval and must be returned to original color prior to move out or charges will apply.

Presently we do not offer furnished apartments but could arrange a corporate lease for the right situation. 

We have a limited amount of surface lot parking right in front of the building. The cost is $55 per month and residents will receive a specific and dedicated space for their vehicle. Residents will not be able to obtain a Borough parking pass unless all the parking available onsite has been spoken for.

The application fee is $39.95 and completed through an outside service.  This will include a credit and background check.  The security deposit is equivalent to one months’ rent.

We run a credit and criminal background check and we require a gross income of three times the rent. Proof of income must be provided during the application process.

Complete the rental application, background and credit checks.  Upon lease signature the first month, last month and security deposit will be due.  Upon application, we also require photo ID and proof of income.

Acceptable forms of income verification include: three consecutive paycheck stubs or a W2 form from an employer or an offer letter on original letterhead.

Residents are responsible for all of their own utilities which will be electricity and water/sewer.  Electric is provided by Peco and individually metered and billed direct to the tenant.  Water/sewer is provided by the Borough of Phoenixville.  Residents pay $40 per month to Landlord for water/sewer in lieu of being individually metered or splitting the cost on a pro rata basis with the other residents.  Trash/recycling is available and paid by the landlord. 

Rent is due on the first of each month and is considered late after the 5th day of the month with late fees applying.

Both Verizon and Comcast are available to provide service to your unit.
